Real Estate Pacifico

This central neighborhood occupies the entire southern part of El Retiro, being the area with the highest population density, -especially young- of the entire district. Currently, it is distributed in two areas, the eastern one, called Adelfas, and the western one, which has retained the historic name of the neighborhood. It is a zone of middle class, with an architecture typical of the streets of the Ensanche of Madrid.

The neighborhood is vertebrated by a large avenue, called City of Barcelona, which connects with Atocha and Vallecas. The northern zone has a marked residential character, while the southern zone is more industrial.

One of the biggest attractions of the neighborhood is undoubtedly Retiro Park, located in its northern area. It is considered the lung of the capital. Its proximity to the Atocha station and connection by public transport makes many tourists choose it as a place of residence during their vacations.

Plaza de Cibeles and Paseo del Prado, which houses the museum with its same name, are just some of the tourist attractions that can be found a few meters from this neighborhood. Its wide range of cuisine and the multitude of shops of all kinds, as well as services such as schools, transport and supermarkets, have made the Pacific one of the best neighborhoods in the district.

Homes have not reached the crazy prices of other areas such as Salamanca or Chamberí, so it is an emerging neighborhood in which to find good real estate opportunities.
