This fantastic traditional villa with 6 bedrooms available for holiday rentals in San Agustín, Ibiza, is in a fenced area that is very close to the beach. The magnificent house was built recently and its design is similar to other properties on Ibiza. It also has a very modern touch. It is close to the lovely beaches at Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, and is the perfect place to spend your holidays.

The property can sleep up to 11 people and the bedrooms are split between the main house and 3 separate bungalows.

The main house has a spacious living-dining room and access out to the swimming pool. On the second floor there is the master suite with a bathroom, a dressing room and a large terrace with incredible views. On the main floor there is a single bedroom as well as a double room.

The three bungalows each have bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom. Two of these small houses share a patio area and the third has its own private terrace and a washroom with a washing machine and a tumble drier.

The property has an L-shaped pool and several areas for relaxation outside.

It is recommended that you rent a car.

Located on the west coast of Ibiza, San Agustín is a beautiful town that has not been touched by tourists and offers magnificent places to go on walks. Its cathedral is very beautiful indeed and there is a welcoming bar that opens later than 9pm every night. Walking under the almond trees that surround the town will take you to the lovely Cala Conta beach.

The beaches in the San Agustín area are particularly good if you want to go out on a small boat and you can rent a sailing boat or a fishing boat with the STAY IBIZA company. At the same time, the water in this part of the island of Ibiza has a lot of different fishes.

The area around the villa is perfect for going on walks or cycling around the countryside.
