This splendid villa for rent is just a 5 minute drive from Santa Eulalia on the island of Ibiza. It is surrounded by nature and sits on a 6,000m2 plot that has several water areas as well as spaces for relaxation. Some of Ibiza’s best beaches are just a short distance away as well as several restaurants and local supermarkets.

The property is very tranquil and safe since it is fully fenced and has a video entry phone system as well as electric entrance gates. It has an iPod system both indoors and out, and there is also air conditioning throughout the whole villa. This is the perfect place for large groups of friends to stay or to celebrate events like weddings.

There is a main house and also a separate smaller house that has 2 bedrooms and a magnificent outdoors eating area. Both of the bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed as well as their own en suite bathrooms.

There is an enormous swimming pool (15 x 5.5m) outside the property and a pond with two waterfalls. The swimming pool has an illumination system that lights it up with different colours, making it a special place to enjoy during the day and at night too. Around this swimming pool there are a total of 16 sun loungers as well as an Indonesian style bed. There is also a whirlpool bath that is the perfect spot to relax.

The property offers a large outdoors kitchen that is fully equipped with a barbecue and a dining room as well as a relaxation area and a tennis court. The tennis court is towards the back of the gardens and here you will also be able to play basketball or football.

This is the perfect villa for large groups of friends or family thanks to the number of spaces for relaxing it has to offer. The swimming pool area has a toilet and also an outdoors shower next to a sink.

Inside the house there are several living spaces with sofas and a TV with satellite, and there are double doors that connect many of these areas to one another. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine, amongst other features. It has access to one of the terraces where you will find a dining area. There is also a dining room inside with seating for 10 people.

The main house has 5 bedrooms, all of which have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning and plasma TVs. The master suite has its own living area with windows that offer views over the swimming pool and the terraces. Two of the other bedrooms have a double bed and a single one, and the other two are double rooms. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning to keep them fresh during the day and night in the summer months.
