Real Estate Sants

A boulevard full of shops that links Hostafrancs with Sants and Badal, from Plaza España and up to Calle Blanca. Few would now imagine that, until the beginning of the 18th century, this area was only formed by farmhouses and fields.

When crossing the street of Sants we find green areas such as the Parque de la Espanya Industrial, popular spaces such as the Plaza de Osca, great walks such as Sant Antoni and even the great Rambla del Brasil.

The Sants Station, where the High Speed Train arrives, is one of the economic and social engines of the neighborhood that allows a constant flow of travelers. Some come from close and others from afar, such as those who visit the Fira de Barcelona every year on the occasion of an international event (Mobile World Congress, Sonar, Alimentaria, Barcelona Meeting Point, Construmat, International Logistics Exhibition, ..).

Traditionally, Sants has been a popular working class neighborhood and commercial activity. It accommodates a good number of residential blocks of between two and four floors, as well as farms built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.

They are buildings endowed with small interior patio, as well as vertebrates through narrow streets. Although there are also large blocks, especially around the Plaza de Sants and the Rambla del Brasil.

In that sense, the closer to the center of Barcelona are the houses, the higher the average price. Hostafrancs is the most sought-after neighborhood, with values that exceed 3,900 euros per square meter. In front of the neighborhood of Sants, with about 3,700 euros, Badal with almost 3,500 euros and La Bordeta with less than 3,200 euros.
