Victoria City Center is a high standing duplex apartment that has five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with glass doors that give access to a small balcony where you will find a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The living room has plenty of natural light, which makes it a great place to relax after a long day of touring Barcelona.

Along the corridor are the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare the best dishes and enjoy a good meal. At the end of the kitchen there is a small cleaning area with a washing machine and dryer integrated with the kitchen cabinet.

On this floor the guest will find three bedrooms: the elegant master bedroom with a double bed and dressing room and two double bedrooms with single beds. One of them has access with a spiral staircase; This bedroom is not recommended for people with difficulty climbing stairs or for young children.

A modern glass and white marble bathroom completes the main floor.

An elegant wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where you will find the other two bedrooms. Please note that this area has low ceilings that provide a charming penthouse. We also find on this floor a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has WIFI, TV, DVD, central air conditioning and heating. All this, so that guests can enjoy their stay regardless of the season.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park 250 meters away without difficulty.

3) When collecting used sheets and towels, they are placed in a bag and closed until they are cleaned by the laundry service at more than 60ºC.

4) We adequately ventilate all rooms after each check-out.

5) We wash all dishes, glasses and cutlery with the dishwasher after each outing.

6) We have removed the decorative pillows and blankets from the rooms, among other decorative objects.

7) We provide disinfectant gel and an informational poster about Covid-19 at each property.

8) Clients cannot access the property until check-in time as long as cleaning and disinfection are complete.
