Fantastic Ibizan villa for rent near Cala Nova, Ibiza

This splendid Ibizan-style villa for rent in the centre of the lovely island of Ibiza is 2km from the Cala Nova beach. The traditional villa has been renovated very tastefully and carefully, incorporating high technology fittings and features at the same time as maintaining its magical rural character.

It is surrounded by gardens with aromatic plants and fruit trees. The house offers unbeatable views over the sea and the countryside, with a rural access to the villa itself. There is an infinity pool, an outdoors eating area and several areas with hammocks and sun shades.

It is fully equipped with high quality materials and finishes, and has air conditioning. The entire villa is decorated with pieces by the well-known Danish photographer Morten Keller and several indigenous Australian artists.

Inside the villa there is a living room with a fireplace and a reading/games room with a TV that could also be a great place to relax listening to your favourite music. There is a modern kitchen that is fully equipped and sits next to a large dining room that has a fireplace. There are several large doors that lead through to the gardens from which there are spectacular views.

The main house has a total of 5 double bedrooms, of which 4 have en suite bathrooms. One of them is a large bedroom that has two beds and a bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with a private terrace and views of the sunsets. Both of these rooms have an en suite bathroom.

While you are staying at the villa, a catering service is available, but you could also pre-book a chef who would be able to prepare delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners for you.

If you are staying for a long time, there is a separate guest house with 2 bedrooms and a total capacity of 4 people that could be used. This building is in the garden and has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom.
