This splendid traditional villa for rent is on a hillside very near to the town of San José. It is 15 minutes from Ibiza Town and 10 minutes from the airport and Cala Jondal. The property is very private and sits on a 7,000m2 plot. You will find all of the conveniences and features you need here. The house has 8 spacious bedrooms so can sleep up to 16 people. It enjoys impressive panoramic views over the valley, the Mediterranean sea and Formentera.

The property for rent was built in 1700 and its design is typical to many properties in Ibiza with lots of different levels and heights. It has whitewashed walls and wooden beams in its ceilings. It comprises of 4 different constructions, the main house, a guest house, a loft and a hut.

Outside there is a lovely garden that has Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. The 50 m2 swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious solarium that is fully equipped with furniture. There is a barbecue area with a dining space, a massage area with a Balinese bed, 2 outdoor showers (hot/cold water), a car park for 8 cars and an electric gate.

The main house has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a TV, a DVD player and access out onto the terraces as well as to the relaxation area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen that leads out to an outdoors eating area. There is Wi-Fi and a sound system throughout the house.

The first guest house has a small kitchen and a private terrace. The second house has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, a private terrace and a chill-out space outside.

The property includes a welcome pack (wine, water, coffee, tea, bathroom products).

There are 8 double bedrooms in total across the main house and the guest houses and they are all furnished. All of the bedrooms are double rooms and there are 5 en suite bathrooms and 2 further bathrooms shared between the main house and the guest house. All of the bedrooms have a terrace or balcony.

There is a reception service available for the client seven days a week if any questions or problems should arise. The property has 3 hours of cleaning a day, but not at the weekend. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. You can enjoy other services (not included) like a chef, laundry, small boat hire etc. Garden and swimming pool maintenance is included and takes place twice a week.
