This luxury villa for rent in Ibiza is modern in design and was designed by a well known Spanish designer. It is in a leafy wood where you will find both pine and eucalyptus trees. It is located between Sant Josep de Sa Talaia and Cala Tarida. It enjoys panoramic views over Ibiza’s landscape and also the Mediterranean. The house overlooks the sunset and also enjoys views over the islands of Conillera, S’Espartar and Es VEdrá. These views of the Mediterranean are magical and mean that staying in this residence is a real pleasure.

There are two separate chill-out spaces that have been designed for you to be able to watch the sunset and there is also a table outside in the shade which is the perfect place to eat al fresco. The property can be accessed via electric gates and the beautiful beaches of Cala Tarida, Cala Moli and Cala Vadella and their excellent restaurants are just a short distance away.

The 320 m2 house has a living room with sea views. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen TV with satellite, DVD Blue Ray and a music system that plays from your Ipod. The dining room has a large fine wood table that can seat up to 6/8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge-freezer, a glass ceramic hob with 4 hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a blender, a toaster etc.

The upstairs suite can be accessed via an outdoors staircase. This suite has a large bathroom with a stone bathtub and is equipped with a king size bed and its own living room with a fireplace. There are two large glass doors that offer sea views and open out onto a private terrace that has a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The second suite is on the ground floor in a separate building. It has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom can be accessed via its own private door and there are large glass sliding doors that lead out to the swimming pool and the chill-out space. All of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The 2,450 m2 plot is very private. There is an electric gate and also a large parking area. The infinity pool (6x8m) is surrounded by sun loungers and there is a relaxation area with several different spaces. On the other side of the villa there is a table under a veranda where up to 10 people can enjoy sitting in the shade. There is also a barbecue here.
