This rustic villa is available for rent in the south of the island, between Ibiza Town and San Josep. It is just 15 minutes away from the airport and Ibiza Town. It is also close to many beaches.
 
The villa has views over beautiful green hills and also out to sea, specifically out to the beach at Sa Caleta. The property lies on a 4,000 m2 plot, 2,000 of which form a pretty Mediterranean garden, a lovely green lawn with lemon and orange trees and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.
 
There are 7 bedrooms in total. 3 of these are upstairs, 2 are downstairs next to the garden and there are others downstairs near to the entrance with 2 bathrooms.
 
The property retains its classical rustic architecture and has been decorated in a chic fashion with elegant touches and spaces that complement one another.
 
The large swimming pool is surrounded by exotic wood decking. There are two living rooms that give you a perfect place to relax.
 
The main house is south facing and has a large living room with a chimney, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, 7 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a shower.
 
The large covered terrace has a space where you can sit and relax and there is also a summer dining area with the appropriate furniture in place.
 
The property has been fully equipped to make it as comfortable as possible. There is a chill-out space with sofas, a barbecue area with a dining table, a terrace with sea views out to Sa Caleta, a chill-out zone and sun loungers in the swimming pool area for you to relax.
 
The property is cleaned three times a week (towels, bed linen and general cleaning).
