This pretty chalet for rent is located on a hill with impressive views of the Mediterranean and is close to the beach. It is no more than a 10 minute walk away from Ibiza Town where you can find the old historical quarter and the cathedral.
 
It is in a very quiet area that is easily accessible. Some parts of the villa retain traditional Ibizan style features like blue windows and doors and white walls.
 
The villa has two floors and each floor has a different entrance. There is a fantastic terrace outside with one of the most impressive views of Ibiza. Here you can enjoy some meals al fresco.
 
It has 3 double bedrooms with two beds and air conditioning in the room, 1 single room with air conditioning and amazing views, two bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook and there are two comfortable sofas in the living room as well as a television and music playing facilities.

Cleaning is included in the price once a week and also when you leave the property.
